2. Shipping & Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options based on product type and location:

A. White-Glove Delivery (For Mattresses & Furniture)

  • Includes: Professional in-home delivery, setup, and removal of packaging materials.
  • Availability: Only in select areas. Please contact us to confirm service availability.
  • Additional Fees: May apply for setup, disposal of old mattresses, or special delivery accommodations.

B. Standard Delivery

  • Includes: Curbside or threshold delivery with no assembly.
  • Timeframe: Typically 5-14 business days, depending on location and product availability.
  • Carrier: Delivery is handled by third-party freight or shipping companies.

C. Expedited Shipping

  • Available on select items for an additional charge.
  • Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary by product type, delivery method, and location.
  • Any shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions, if available, apply only to qualifying products and regions.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated shipping and delivery times are approximate and subject to delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or missing items, notify us within 48 hours.
  • If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the delivery personnel and take photos before opening.
  • Claims for damages must be submitted with supporting photos and details.

6. Refused or Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, redelivery fees may apply.
  • Refused deliveries (excluding damaged items) may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping charges.

7. Manufacturer Drop-Ship Orders

  • Some products ship directly from the manufacturer. In these cases, we will provide estimated timeframes, but delays may occur beyond our control.
  • Returns for manufacturer-shipped items must comply with the manufacturer’s policies.

8. Local Pickup

  • Select items may be available for in-store pickup at our Tucson or Marana locations.
  • Pickup orders must be claimed within 7 days unless other arrangements are made.

9. International Shipping

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
