Mattress Returns & Sleep Trials
- We honor and support all manufacturer sleep trial periods as specified by each brand we carry. The terms, conditions, and return requirements for your mattress will be determined by the manufacturer of the product you purchased.
- If you wish to return or exchange a mattress, you must follow the specific guidelines outlined by the manufacturer, which may include:
- A required minimum trial period before initiating a return.
- The condition of the mattress at the time of return (e.g., no stains, damage, or excessive wear).
- The use of a mattress protector during the trial period.
- Fees or transportation costs that may apply.
To initiate a return under a manufacturer sleep trial, please contact us, and we will assist you in processing your request per the manufacturer's guidelines.
Other Product Returns & Exchanges
For products not covered under a manufacturer sleep trial (e.g., adjustable bases, pillows, bedding, furniture):
- Final Sale Items: Adjustable bases, pillows, mattress protectors, and bedding are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue per their warranty policy.
- Furniture & Accessories: Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee and inspection for damage or wear.
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds are issued in accordance with manufacturer policies for mattress trials. If eligible, refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after the manufacturer approves the return.
- Non-mattress items approved for return will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or return fees.
